Belmont View

CQC inspectors visited the care home in February and following a long wait, the report was finally published in May.

Belmont View is managed by not for profit care provider Quantum Care and is home for up to 85 residents at any one time, some of whom are living with dementia.

Throughout the report, the inspectors noted the commitment and dedication shown by the staff at the home and were so impressed that they gave them three Outstanding stars. They stated, “All staff went out of their way to respect people as individuals and provided exceptionally compassionate care to all”. The whole report is glowing and reflects the excellent care delivered by staff throughout the home.

Quantum Care Chief Executive Maria Ball and the Chair of the Board David Priseman welcomed Iain MacBeath, Director of Adult Care Services from Hertfordshire County Council, and County Councillor Mark Mills-Bishop to the home to celebrate the fantastic achievement.

Iain McBeath said “I am delighted that Quantum Care have become one of the select few to receive an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission. This only comes with hard work, dedication and genuine care from the staff and the Manager. Congratulations to Sharon and her team.”

County Councillor Mark Mills- Bishop said “As a Councillor in the Borough of Broxbourne, I am very proud of the achievement of Belmont View. To Sharon and the staff, I am sure I speak on behalf of all my colleagues when I offer my hearty congratulations, and long may Quantum Care and their team keep up the good work.”
