Recently guidance on workers vulnerable to COVID-19 has been updated to include BAME, age, disability and sex. It is recommended that those working in care consider these new points when analysing who in their workforce may potentially be at higher risk of contracting COVID-19, or of becoming more unwell if they do contract COVID-19.
