They have created a solution for providers, which sees Person Centred Software integrating its visitor management system – Digital Reception – with Autumna’s directory of later life options, allowing care homes to gather feedback in real-time.

The partnership will see both businesses provide a continuous feedback loop for families looking to identify care for loved ones. The integration aims to help families find as much information as possible about a care home, allowing them to make a better, more informed choice.
