This time last year I had just started to work seriously on setting up Standards Wise International (SWI) and was looking forward to a year of meeting up with many of you and developing opportunities around thought leadership, new advisory services for our sector, delivering new standards, and looking at how technology can deliver improved levels of service and help the lives of senior people.

2020 successes – despite COVID

How quickly things can change! The arrival of a global pandemic meant no International visits for me, but I am delighted that we were able to deliver so much in 2020, with 2021 looking even more promising. The pandemic has led to many businesses developing new ways of operating, and I am delighted that SWI is one of these.
