As Covid-19 continues to impact communities across the country, NCF has formed a new partnership with People 1st International who help redeploy people from hard-hit sectors such as hospitality and tourism, into organisations in health and care looking for staff.
Through People 1st International’s experience in the UK and international markets, building, developing and retaining skilled workforces, they want to set a new standard of support to the care sector to fill the 7.8% vacancy rate (Skills for Care, State of the adult social care sector and workforce in England).
With a significant number of redundancies expected across hospitality and tourism in the coming months, the new Redeployment Service from People 1st International offers access to thousands of displaced, skilled individuals looking for a new opportunity.
Backed by the NHS Confederation, the service presents a unique talent pool of motivated, passionate, work-ready people with sought after transferable skills. Offering a supportive and personal approach, it aims to match willing and experienced people with your organisation, based on shared values and cultural fit.
Armed with the attributes and behaviours you’re looking for, individuals will also be in the process of gaining the industry-specific knowledge you’ll value, through a comprehensive package of industry recognised e-learning, supporting their transition into a new role.
