Rising demand and additional requirements (due to Covid-19) in 2020 have demonstrated just how important recruiting and retaining the necessary workforce is for social care and health care.

With a variety of approaches being deployed at this extraordinary time, we wanted to gather feedback on your opinions related to futureproofing health and care recruitment.   The intention is to influence positive change that will have an impact on the critical shortages documented in the sector.
