Sarah Clarke-Kuehn

Sarah is the lead at Sanctuary Group’s older person care home business, Sanctuary Care consists of 98 care homes and one mental health hospital, providing high quality care for 5,200 residents who are supported by 6,300 staff and generates annual turnover of over £200 million, across England and Scotland.

In her previous role as Operations Director – Sanctuary Supported Living, Sarah had responsibility for national accommodation-based support services, including extra care and life line services, and led with IS colleagues, the successful implementation of a “first in sector” housing management product; the largest roll out of its kind in Europe.

Sarah is a qualified management accountant, who started her career at London International Group (FMCG) and progressed from manufacturing into the service sector with RWE npower and now Care.
