Nathan leads NCF’s parliamentary and public affairs work, working with NCF’s not-for-profit members in making the case for ambitious and comprehensive adult social care reform. This also involves representing the views of NCF’s membership to policymakers and key stakeholders, as well as communicating complex policy and political developments to the membership. Prior to joining the NCF in 2019, Nathan worked in several areas of local government and the third sector, including Coventry City Council and a charity supporting rough sleepers and ex-offenders in Oxford.
