Membership Engagement Officer

April joined NCF in January 2015 having previously worked for two large membership organisations. She has extensive experience of working with members, with her strengths lying in communications, engagement, marketing, social media, copywriting, design, analysis, organisation and project managing.

In her role as Membership Engagement Officer, April manages the NCF membership recruitment and engagement programme. She is responsible for working with our members; ensuring they maximise the member benefits available whilst also promoting our membership offer. She also manages the NCF Forum programme and the NCF website.

April has worked on various projects including DHSC Brexit planning, NCF Hubble Digital Innovation, the NCF Quality First programme and Your Care Rating. She continues to work on the Social Care Reward survey including designing and creating graphics for our social media platforms.
