April joined NCF in January 2015 having previously worked for two large membership organisations. She has extensive experience of working with members, with her strengths lying in communications, engagement, marketing, social media, copywriting, design, analysis, organisation and project managing.
In her role as Membership Engagement Officer, April manages the NCF Forum programme, is responsible for working with our members; ensuring they maximise the member benefits available whilst also promoting our membership offer and managing our website as well as our social media channels.
April has worked on various projects including DHSC Brexit planning, NCF Hubble Digital Innovation, Social Care Reward survey, the NCF Quality First programme and Your Care Rating.
She is a natural creative and enjoys working on effective concepts including design and marketing to support the NCF membership growth
