We are excited to be launching the NCF Managers Network to support all the existing and aspiring managers across the whole of the NCF membership.
We know what a vital and pivotal role our managers play and we know what managers have to juggle day in, day out to keep the show on the road.
For many years, the NCF has been supporting NCF managers, including events such as the annual NCF Managers Conference, our Rising Stars programme, our Digital Leadership training and NOW we want to strengthen our offer with a dedicated networking and learning space for all the Managers across the NCF family.
The aim of our NCF Managers Network is to establish an accessible online community that enables NCF managers to connect and share expertise throughout the year, rather than through a single annual event and to provide an easier way to network and build sharing and learning to support with shared challenges. It will also offer ongoing learning opportunities through webinars and peer learning and taster sessions, from the NCF team including our Digital Transformation team.
The network will run online; like the other networks we run for members, we plan sessions of an hour, dedicated to a specific topic each time, with co-chairs from our members to help us shape the topics we focus on. We’ll run 5 – 6 network sessions a year and will try to schedule at times that managers tell us suit them best.
