Membership of NCF is open to not-for-profit organisations providing quality care and support services to adults in the UK.

These include:

  • Charities
Registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, Northern Ireland, or the Scottish Charity Regulator
  • Social Enterprises
e.g. partnerships, community interest companies and industrial and provident societies – businesses with primarily social objectives
  • Community Groups and Voluntary Organisations
e.g. housing associations and charitable trusts
  • Local Authority Trading Company (LATCO)
e.g. wholly opened Local Authority Trading Company

We also offer Associate Membership to not-for-profit organisations that are part of the care and support sector but without any registered services.

At a time of significant change and challenge in our sector, if there ever was a time to become a member of the National Care Forum, it is now. We need to have our voices heard at the highest level and the NCF has a track record of listening to members and getting our message across to the decision makers.
