TAP (Thank And Praise) is a free-to-use, social thanking platform which enable clients/residents and their relatives to show their appreciation to those working in social care, while raising funds for charities.
TAP’s platform enables people to:
- Thank a care worker via a private messaging platform (to support their mental health and wellbeing)
- Praise a care organisation via a public thanking platform (to strengthen it’s profile in the community)
- Raise funds for a care organisation’s nominated charity via a match funded donation platform (to provide additional funds and/or resources)
Ultimately TAP’s objective is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of care workers through the power of gratitude.
