Housing 21 is a not-for-profit, leading national provider of Retirement Housing and Extra Care housing for older people of modest means operating across the whole of England. We support independence and choice for older people through quality housing, care and support.

Housing 21 are the largest provider of Extra Care Housing in England with over 125 schemes. In 72 of these schemes Housing 21 are the registered care provider delivering over 42,000 of care per week.

Including both Retirement Housing and Extra Care we have over 20,000 properties across England, working across 190 local authorities.
