Our care homes
Care South owns 15 warm and welcoming residential, dementia and nursing care homes across Dorset, Devon, Somerset and West Sussex. We also offer short-term respite care. We want residents in our care to feel safe and well-cared for and to enjoy the companionship of others.
Care South at Home
Our care at home service is for individuals who wish to live independently but with a little extra care and support from our team of friendly and well-trained professionals.
We offer home care in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, Bath and North East Somerset, West Dorset and Somerset. We provide a reliable, personalised and safe care service.
