Our intrepid North East adventurers have been at it again – by broomstick, tractor and .. IN fact by any means necessary & possible! There’s just no stopping them!
So lets take off with Kendra and the gang!!!!
Their summer trips finally came to an end this week and we can bring you up to (tractor) speed with some of their latest exploits….
Storming the Castle
What wizardry is this – a trip to the hallowed walls of the Harry Potter movie franchise- Alnwick Castle in Northumberland.
Some of our fabulous Durham support team took customers Nic, Pauline, Laura & Caroline on a magical mystery tour. As you can see they were ‘swept off their brooms…er feet’!
Their trip also coincided with “#ReturntoHogwartsDay”
“Oh I do like to be beside the Saltburn by the Seaside”
It doesn’t feel like it at the moment due to the downpours – but our plucky North Easterners also made the most of the late heatwave the other week . Customers Digby (Head of Ice Cream procurement), Laura, Pauline & Caroline were beach bound.

And this weekend just gone it was a chance for Max & Gemma to go all Countryfile at the Eggleston Show!
Oaklea Countryside Correspondent, Nic Bainbridge “Max & Gemma enjoyed a great day out seeing the cows, sheep and horses around the show with staff members myself & Charlotte. Max even showed a highland cow with his friend Chloe around the ring and came 3rd receiving a yellow rosette.”
