Some of our North East based customers & employees from Durham have really been making the most of the summer. They’ve been out & about taking in a big show and wandering across the Lakeland grasslands in search of the lesser spotted Cumbrian Giraffe.
Barnard Castle based Max had a proper ‘grand day out’ at the Great Yorkshire Show in Harrogate. The Great Yorkshire Show – a time to reflect, take in the smells of the countryside and have a darned good time! Max left his Batcave in County Durham -with top support Kendra and Nichola. He’s had a fab time – and if you want to see more – Kendra made a Tik Tok vid of their day – and they all left in a ‘stable’ condition!
Meanwhile if attending The Great Yorkshire Show wasn’t exciting enough – some more people we support in County Durham headed across the Pennines to the South Lakes Safari Zoo! Oaklea’s Nichola Bainbridge – spotted gently grazing across the Lakes savannah- tells us more: “As you can see we are on the mooooove again. Staff members Sharon, Lyn and myself supported Caroline, Pauline, Laura, Andrew and Gemma for a great day out.”
Living our best lives on the farm, at the zoo & beyond!
