Little Heath Reablement is hosting a local recruitment event
Taking place Thursday 25th August, 10am – 4pm at One Church, Cadbury Heath; Brunelcare’s Little Heath Reablement Centre will host its first all-day recruitment event, allowing people to register their interest in a career at the Centre.
Little Heath Reablement is Brunelcare’s newest site, and was officially completed in February 2020 and opened during the pandemic. Little Heath Reablement Centre hosts 24 comfortable, beautifully designed rooms which people use after a hospital stay.
The Centre and its caring staff enable guests to feel confident in their abilities before returning to their own homes by providing state-of-the-art physiotherapy and care, ensuring they feel confident when returning home. The recruitment event will take place in the church hall next door to the centre, offering a range of new and exciting careers from Care Assistants to Nurses, Cooks, Housekeepers and volunteers. A free car park is available for those wishing to attend the event, and free on-street parking is also available.
Lewis Farrell, Little Heath Reablement Manager, said: “We are really excited to be hosting a local recruitment event for Little Heath Reablement. The recruitment day is a really relaxed drop-in session where people who are interested in a new career with us at the Centre can come along and find out more information. We have some fantastic roles available that we are excited to begin filling!”
The recruitment event is running as a drop-in session whereby those interested in a career with Brunelcare can find out more about the Reablement Centre and even talk to some existing carers from our Little Heath Care Home and South Gloucestershire Community Teams.
Brunelcare canvas bags full of information about Little Heath Reablement and the careers on offer will be given out at the event, alongside a free bouncy castle, cake and free hot drinks for attendees and their families.
Children and partners are welcome at the event, and booking isn’t necessary. Just drop by to learn more about a brand new career with Brunelcare.
