Quantum Care held their 2025 care awards ceremony on Thursday 11th September to celebrate the incredible dedication of their staff and their commitment to making life in the organisation’s care homes so special for their residents. The event also celebrated members of staff who achieved a qualification within the care field, recognising their personal investment in their education.

There were a number of award categories this year that embraced the wide range of roles that it takes to care for people within a care home environment including carer of the year, caterer of the year and housekeeper of the year.

The ceremony was held in the Event Marquee at the Hertfordshire Zoo and finalists and guests were invited to tour the zoo before and after the event. During the ceremony staff enjoyed an afternoon lunch and were shown a multi-media presentation showcasing their hard work and achievements. Winners and finalists were presented with trophies and flowers and were heartily cheered by everyone present.
