Parkhaven Trust are delighted to announce that Sarah Incledon-Blevin, Service Manager at James Page House is a Winner in the 2025 National Palliative & End of Life Care Awards. 

Sarah is the Winner for the Palliative Care Manager Award for Residential and Nursing Homes.

This award recognises a Manager of end of life care who demonstrates exceptional leadership skills and an ability to create a positive and supportive work environment for staff.  An ability to effectively manage resources, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, implement quality improvement and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the overall patient experience.

The Awards ceremony took place on 27th June 2025 in London.
