Meanwhile Castlecroft’s kitchen team, run  by head chef Sharon Roadknight and assistant chef Christine Pedley were praised for both their amazing cooking and the ‘foody’ themed activities they organised, like ‘virtual pub lunches’ for residents to enjoy with loved ones.

Lisa was nominated for doing so many inspiring and person centred activities for residents – often on her days off, including organising a walking club in the home’s gardens and even taking a resident out for the day.

Home Manager Sharon Rollins said: “We are one big family at Castlecroft and we are enormously proud of Lisa and the kitchen team for the things they do every day to enrich the lives of our residents.”
