Every year we mark National Apprenticeship Week (#NAW2025)
Master of all he surveys….
It’s a great opening for our George!
George Ireland is the face of R2W Apprenticeships. Here he explains why he’s making the most of a Property Maintenance Apprenticeship with R2W Community Works:
Apprenticeships open doors….
As part of his apprenticeship he also attends Kendal College each week – so as he says above – there’s on the job training as well as classroom based learning.
Property maintenance – all about variety
From PAT (electrical) testing…to Joinery….all in a day’s experience
“Apprenticeships and skills opportunities are available across the year for all learners, whatever their background, across all sectors of the economy. Apprenticeships develop people with the skills employers need and benefit the economy. They provide a route into successful and fulfilling careers.” Department for Education
We want more George!
