It’s an incredible resource designed around a wide range of abilities and interests, making every activity adaptable for anyone, in any setting.

Take a look at what’s coming up in January:

Wednesday 7th January 5pm – Dance To Pop Music

Do those you support love dancing and pop music? If so, this session is for them. The ‘What to Do’ team will make dance easy and lots of fun – teaching simple, feel-good moves to brilliant pop hits. Whether they’re dancing from a chair or on their feet, they’ll be made to feel like a pop star in our first session of 2026.

Wednesday 14th January 3pm – Move Together – Accessible Exercise

Have the people you support join in our accessible fitness with a twist. Hosts Ted and Jay’s sessions are packed with fun games and challenges to get bodies moving without it feeling like hard work. This session can be enjoyed stood or seated and will leave those you support feeling energised and ready for 2026!

Wednesday 21st January 2pm – Bake shortbreads with a British Bake-Off star!

Is someone you support a fan of Great British Bake Off? Nicky Laceby is a star of the Channel 4 hit show and she’ll empower those you support to make delicious shortbread in this accessible, easy and fun cook-along. Visit www.what-to-do.co.uk to download your shopping list & recipe!

Wednesday 28th January 2pm – Barn Dance Party

It’s time for a barn dance! The ‘What to Do’ team will help the people you support to enjoy dance moves inspired by Scottish jigs. Whether they’re dancing stood up or from their seat, they’ll love this party atmosphere as everyone of all abilities is encouraged to join.
