Accessible Cookery Experience!

Wednesday 5th November at 12pm

Encourage the people you support to give cooking a go! This session will boost skills in the kitchen and promises to empower the people you support to cook a delicious sausage and veg traybake. Participants will be supported by an experienced chef who is passionate about making cookery accessible and fun for people who live with disabilities. This is a one pan meal with simple steps and participants will receive lots of encouragement and support to cook with confidence. Wicked Experience – LIVE from New York!

Wednesday 12th November at 4pm

We’re inviting the people you support to an exclusive performance where they will experience the magic of Broadway without leaving their homes! Alicia Albright, dance captain for the iconic musical, Wicked, will share what it is like to star in a world famous production and inspire the people you support to take to the stage too with a special accessible dance class to the Wicked soundtrack. No previous dance experience needed! This is a great way to encourage the people you support to get physically active.’
