At Condover College, we are proud to celebrate our staff’s dedication, compassion, and commitment. The Partners in Care Awards provide an opportunity for us to recognise staff who go above and beyond every day, making a meaningful difference to the lives of the learners we support.
The awards celebrate excellence across the care sector, shining a spotlight on outstanding achievements and recognising those who consistently demonstrate exceptional care, professionalism, and commitment.
This year, we were delighted to submit nominations across a range of categories:
· CCL – Care Provider of the Year
· Saskia Mills – Activity Co-ordinator of the Year
· Emma Luff – Domestic Team Member of the Year
· Jo Mear and Vikki Pryce – Outstanding Achievement Award
· Rebecca Jones – Learner of the Year
· Shivan Sethi – Support Worker of the Year
· Tawanda Washaya – Support Worker of the Year
These nominations reflect the hard work, dedication, and positive impact our colleagues make every day. Whether supporting learners to achieve their goals, creating engaging activities, maintaining high standards, or providing exceptional care and support, each nominee embodies the values that make Condover College such a special place.
We were especially proud to see Emma Luff and Vikki Pryce reach the finalist stage in their respective categories. This achievement alone is a wonderful recognition of their commitment, passion, and excellence in their roles.
We are thrilled to announce that Vikki went on to win the Outstanding Achievement Award, a fantastic and well-deserved accomplishment. Vikki’s dedication, hard work, and outstanding commitment to making a positive difference have been recognised across the sector, and we could not be prouder of this achievement.
Vikki had this to say “I am honoured to receive this award and genuinely grateful for this recognition. It reflects not only my efforts but the achievements, support, and encouragement of the amazing people I have worked alongside.”
We would also like to thank every member of staff at Condover College for the outstanding contribution they make each day. Working alongside such dedicated, passionate, and inspirational colleagues is something that makes us all proud to be part of the Condover College team.
Together, we continue to make a real difference in the lives of our learners every day. No matter the role, every member of our team contributes to creating opportunities, promoting independence, and helping learners achieve their full potential. We are incredibly proud of all those who were nominated and especially of Vikki for this outstanding recognition.
