Not-for-profit quality care for over 25 years

Autumna are joining The Care Workers’ Charity (CWC) as a Sponsor and are helping to raise awareness of the support offered by the charity.

The support given will widen the reach of CWC and will ensure more care workers in need can receive support.

Debbie Harris, MD of Autumna, the UK’s largest independent directory of care homes and home care services says, ‘Our team are so pleased to be able to help The Care Workers’ Charity and the essential work they are doing in improving the lives of people working in social care.’

Karolina Gerlich, CEO of the CWC says ‘We are very grateful that Autumna has decided to support the CWC by becoming a Sponsor.

By supporting us in this way Autumna is supporting the social care workforce and showing their admiration of the amazing work achieved in social care.

The Care Workers’ Charity is a national charity that supports people working in social care in the UK with financial and mental health support.

Working in social care is a rewarding role, however it comes with its challenges.

The CWC is a safety net for care workers and their families who are struggling and might not have the means to support themselves.

A grant of £500 for a family means they can continue to heat their house over winter, repair their car to ensure they can get to work.

Our support eases the stress for care workers and helps them to keep caring.
