Here is some information about an exciting opportunity to join a partners programme with Helen Sanderson, learning about what we can do as people practitioners to help grow psychological safety in our own teams and across our organisations.
Many of you will know Helen Sanderson as a leading figure in the field of person-centred approaches – her work has helped to shape many of our organisations already.
Helen is writing her latest book, which is about psychological safety in social care, the NHS and education. The emphasis is on what really works in practice; things that leaders can do every day to grow a sense of psychological safety at work.
Helen is offering the opportunity for HR and Learning & Development professionals from across adult social care the opportunity to be involved in a Partners Programme with her this year. The programme will offer the opportunity to:
· Learn about the Five Foundations of Psychological Safety;
· Learn about the practical tools that Helen firmly believes help to embed the foundations;
· Have the opportunity to test the tools out and share feedback with Helen that will help shape her final book
· Consider how HR and L&D professionals can advocate to evolve some of our organisational practices and approaches to help encourage and embed greater psychological safety.
In Dimensions, we are delighted to be joining this programme and Helen has asked us to share the opportunity to our peers across the sector, to give other HR and L&D professionals the opportunity to also be involved.
