GDPR event for NCF Member Trustees and Non-Executive Directors

“How Boards manage GDPR compliance and risks?”

3 July 2018

Venue: Anthony Collins Solicitors, Birmingham

The new General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is in force from 25 May 2018 and introduces some significant changes to data protection compliance. Many organisations have been preparing for the GDPR for some time now, but compliance will be an ongoing journey in the weeks, months and years beyond May 2018. We recognise that for many trustees the actual changes to data protection compliance may be confusing, and what you need is a checklist comprising key questions and action points to act as a GDPR readiness sense check and to ensure that going forward you are meeting your trustee duties.

We have therefore partnered with Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP, our commercial partners, and are inviting members of our Governance Hub to attend a workshop on 3 July 2018 on “How Boards manage GDPR compliance and risks?”
