As part of #GladToCare Awareness Week, Towergate are celebrating the diverse workforce within this extraordinary sector, across the UK. From the carers on the frontline, to the activity co-ordinators, the catering and cleaning departments to the maintenance team…you are all different and you all matter.
Towergate are launching their latest campaign, to showcase the different faces of care and are looking for help from National Care Forum members. Towergate believe that a diverse workforce has many benefits and want to showcase the wide range of people who work in care across the UK and celebrate as well as acknowledge, just how lucky we are to work together, learning from each other.
Five lucky winners will each win a £100 Lifestyle voucher, which can be used across a variety of places including B&M, Boots, Deliveroo, Marks & Spencer, Prezzo, Primark and more!
To be in with a chance to win, all you need to do is send the name, age, email and picture of as many staff members as you like, alongside one sentence of what they do as part of your business to email@example.com.
