The Managers Conference 2023 will take place on the evening of Monday 13 to Tuesday 14 March
The audience
Managers are fundamental to the delivery of outstanding care. During complex and often challenging times, they sit at the heart of their services.
Hosted by NCF and Skills for Care, and in collaboration with ARC England, this conference champions and supports the crucial role of managers in adult social care. It will bring together managers from across the country to share knowledge, ask questions and network with colleagues.
The programme includes a mix of main plenary session and practical workshops, as well as a panel discussions where manager will hear from others in similar roles. Managers will think about how to deliver great care, as well as ways to support and lead their staff, through workshops and discussions around topics including team working, being confident with difference, delivering outstanding care and recruitment.
It’s an opportunity to share, learn and find solutions and answers to the challenges you face on a daily basis, and help you and your teams provide the highest quality care.
