NCF Dementia meeting
We’re delighted to confirm details of our upcoming NCF Dementia Network meeting!
Join us to hear how NCF Member, Sheffcare, has worked with the National Dementia Care Accreditation Framework and the difference it has made across their organisation.
In this session, Sheffcare will share why they chose to pursue dementia accreditation from a quality improvement perspective, how the project has been managed and overseen, and the impact it has had on residents, families, and staff.
The session will explore:
- Why Sheffcare identified dementia accreditation as a key quality improvement opportunity
- How the accreditation project is governed, managed and embedded across the organisation
- The value and benefits achieved, including outcomes for residents, families and colleagues
- Key learning, challenges and practical insights from the accreditation journey
There will also be an opportunity to discuss the approach in more detail, and Sheffcare are happy to share additional resources and connect with organisations interested in learning from their experience.
This session is ideal for care providers looking to strengthen dementia support, enhance quality, and learn from a real-world accreditation journey.
