In the morning we’ll hear from our hosts. Hundreds of employers in the health and social care use Wagestream to provide financial benefits and offer financial wellbeing support to their employees, leading to better wellbeing – and better performance at work. Plus, there is no cost to the employer. Care workers have faced significant economic challenges in recent years, severely impacting their overall wellbeing. More than 80,000 care workers engage with their Wagestream benefits, with 79% feeling more in control and 76% feeling less stressed.

In the afternoon, we’ll be joined by colleagues from Citation, for an informative and interactive session on how to put the Employment Rights Bill into practice. We’ll look at the key clauses relevant to social care employers, the practical implications and we’ll share and learn from each other about effective policy and practice.
