Faith and Spirituality Communities of Practice Network

The next meeting with the NCF Faith and Spirituality Communities of Practice Network will be on 29th April at 12:00 – 1:00pm.
‘Assisted Dying – What about Social Care?
Join us for a deep dive into the Assisted Dying legislation and what it might mean for providers of adult social care and support in the UK. The NCF Policy Team have been following the progress through parliament closely and will provide an up-to-date summary of where we are, and whether there are any further opportunities to seek to influence the development of the legislation.
We will consider what the legislation means for you, as providers, and what you need to consider if the Bill is passed and implemented. This will be an opportunity for you to share your concerns and discuss what the impacts of such a policy might mean for you and hear thoughts from others in the not-for-profit space.
Agenda:
12:00pm – Welcome and Intros
12:05pm – Presentation on the Assisted Dying Legislation
12:30pm – Questions and Member Discussion
12:50pm – AOB
13:00 – Close
This meeting is for members only, contact laurie.monaghan@nationalcareforum.org.uk if you would like to attend any of the Communities of Practice meetings.
