Digital Transformation Team helps NCF members prepare for and shape the future of social care provision.

We ensure members are supported to actively engage in the digital agenda by:

• Increasing awareness of data protection obligations and cyber security strategies
• Improving knowledge of new technologies and their potential to improve outcomes for both providers and service users; and
• sharing best practice in identifying, co-producing and implementing broad-ranging technology solutions

We are digital leaders and advocate for the wider sector and its ambition to maximise the benefits of technology in the provision of care and support:

• Chairing the Digital Social Care Advisory Group on behalf of the sector for NHSE
• Working alongside partners as part of Digital Social Care and the Better Security, Better Care programme
• Delivering the Digital Leadership Programme in partnership with Skills for Care
