- New PIR process: note that it has moved to an annual process; CQC will be writing to providers directly and will be updating their guidance
- Seeking views on what is a meaningful gap in employment: the CQC is suggesting this should be defined as 4 weeks or more
- Sexual safety/ wellbeing report: publication delayed; we will continue to continue this closely
