Big thanks to our colleagues at One Bromley who hosted a partnership day with us last week to bring together providers of not-for-profit care and support services across the London Borough of Bromley and the wider South East London ICS footprint. It was brilliant to see colleagues from across our membership join us and to explore how we can work together to maximise the role of the NFP/ VCSE sector in shaping the local approach to neighbourhood health and care.

Having the opportunity to highlight the many benefits of working more strategically and mindfully with the not-for-profit sector and consider the additional social value and community impact this can deliver was very inspiring. It was also fascinating to share more about the work we do to support our members to maximise the benefits of technology enabled care and hear from NCF partners Adaptive Care about their acoustic monitoring in action.

We hope that the many tangible opportunities we discussed for future working between commissioners and the not-for-profit sector will help to support better neighbourhood health and care in Bromley.
