The Workforce Development Fund (WDF) is now available for care providers to claim back costs for qualifications and apprenticeships. It’s a great opportunity for care providers, with some claiming back tens of thousands of pounds.
Care providers have reported that the money they claim back is reinvested into things like trainers and assessors, continuing professional development, or more training.
They say this has “helped address skills gaps, improve the quality of care, and support staff morale.”
