The Rayne Foundation have made a series of free webinars available. The aim of the series is to share the learning from the amazing organisations leading work to transform the way we value, develop, and talk about social care and care workers. 

The webinars are to share learning from their Better Careers for Better Care grant partners, under the umbrella theme of building trust, respect, and collaboration in adult social care, looking at the theme through the following lenses:

• Healthcare delegation with presentations from Care City and Leeds City Council’s Community Health and Wellbeing Service – Thursday 15 January 2026, 1-2pm (link to register)

• Leadership with presentations from ADASS, the Care Workers’ Charity and My Home Life England – Tuesday 20 January 2026, 1-2pm (link to register )

• Outcomes-focused commissioning with a presentation from BelleVie Care – Thursday 22 January, 1-2pm (link to register).
