Most known for six CQC outstanding ratings during the past couple of years, WCS Care have pioneered a swathe of creative practices and innovative technologies to develop a care model they truly believe in. Winners of multiple sector awards, they are regarded as one of the most reputable providers in social care.

The Opportunity
Given WCS Care’s success and associated growth, the company board approved creation of two new executive positions. WCS Care sought a search partner who could evidence capability and industry expertise.

Why Compass Executives

Outcome
Following submission, consultation and agreement of respective shortlists, a two stage interview process was undertaken. This included a panel assessment by members of WCS Care’s Board at which Compass Executives attended and advised.
First time appointments were made for both the Director of Delivery and Director of Quality & Compliance posts.
Compass Executives executed the mandate with hires made within 12 weeks.

The Verdict
