Hampshire County Council Adult Services

Welcome to our services

Hampshire County Council's care services are designed in the first instance to support people to live independently in a home of their own for as long as possible. Then, when they need a little bit more help and are considering either a move into residential care or using one of our other community based supported living options, they need to know what is available and what they can expect. Hampshire's Adult Services provides a range of care and support services delivered by our own staff for adults over 18. This includes community based, residential and nursing care or living with a family in a ‘Shared Lives' home. Wherever people choose to live, or however they choose to receive their support, we will respect and value them as an individual, and work with them to plan and tailor the care and support they need.
